Once you contact us (by e-mail, phone, or our website) the process is seamless for you. All appointments, viewings etc. are arranged by us in conjunction with the vendor agent. You will get a full report by e-mail as soon as possible on receipt of the agreed invoice sum. We will then follow on with a telephone conversation. Any particular concerns you may have should be raised prior to inspection so that these can be reported upon and inspected at the time of the survey. In this way your mind can be put at rest as, sometimes, issues can be of no material concern or can be explained on further investigation.
